双重困境:抗战时期制约华茶外销因素略考——以战时《安徽茶讯》为考察的主要来源

摘  要:
抗战时期华茶外销遭受国内国际双重因素制约。在国内,战时中国农村经济衰败、国家财政紧缺和通货膨胀等因素使茶叶产制改良乏力、茶叶贷款缺少、产销成本过高,外销茶叶品质不良,出口无力竞争。在国际上,抗日战争特别是二次世界大战的全面爆发,使整个国际茶市深受战事波及而萎缩导致华茶外销竞争加剧,不利华茶出口。华茶外销的双重困局,使国民政府实现"经济建设以军事为中心,同时注意改善人民生活"之抗战建国目标步履艰难。

摘  要:
Chinese tea export suffered from domestic and international factors during the war against Japanese.In domestic China,due to the declined rural economy,financial difficulties and inflation caused by the war,the tea export was greatly constrained by the problems of failed industrial improvement,lack of loans,high cots of production and sales,low quality of exported tea,thus Chinese tea had no competitiveness on international market.Internationally,the outbreak of anti-Japanese war,especially the World War II,exacerbated the whole tea market and greatly influenced the export of Chinese tea.The double dilemma of tea for export made the goal of National Government to achieve the military-oriented economic construction and improve the people's living even more difficult.
