计算机并行口运动控制系统的设计

摘  要:
提出了一种基于计算机并行口的运动控制系统的设计方案。该方案采用了基于计算机并行口EPP协议的多功能控制板Y3002,极大地简化了控制系统的结构,并能够有效降低系统的成本。以VisualC++6.0编写的控制系统软件为前后台结构模式,并运行于以RTX为实时扩展的Win2000操作系统。该软件还具有G代码解释功能,并实现了运动控制系统的实时、精确控制。

摘  要:
A design scheme of motion control system based on parallel port of computer was proposed.The scheme adopts a multifunctional control board Y3002 based on the EPP protocol of a parallel port on computer.The use of Y3002 simplifies the structure of the system as well as minimizes the hardware of this system with the lowest cost.The strong real-time tool RTX(Real-Time Extension)was imported for its high-precision timer function and capability of direct access to the hardware.The application software of fore-and-after structural models is programmed with VC++ 6.0,and runs on Windows 2000 embedded with RTX.The system can also compile NC code.
