蛋鸡输卵管子宫部蛋壳钙化节律及其分子调控途径

摘  要:
高产蛋鸡具有近似24 h的产蛋规律(近日节律),被排出卵巢的卵在输卵管各部位具有相对固定的停留时间,其中停留于子宫部的时间最长.时钟基因是生物钟的最基本组成单位,其节律性表达预示着生物钟的存在,研究发现时钟基因调控动物繁殖周期,并且在鸡输卵管子宫部中节律性表达,输卵管子宫部是蛋壳形成的主要部位,可以推测生物钟存在于输卵管子宫部,时钟基因通过发条机制调控蛋壳形成相关离子、离子通道蛋白、离子结合蛋白、蛋壳特异性基质蛋白等下游蛋壳形成相关基因节律性表达,从而保证蛋壳按序合成和蛋鸡产蛋的连续性.

摘  要:
High-laying hens with a nearly 24-h laying rhythm(recent rhythm). The residence time of eggs discharged from ovary in all parts of the oviduct is relatively stable, and the eggshell formation spends longest time. Clock genes are the basic unit of biological clock, and their rhythmic expression indicate the existence of biological clock. Research found clock genes regulated the reproductive cycle of animals, the rhythmic expression of clock gene in the uterus of oviduct and the main formation location of oviduct eggshell. It is reasonable to speculate that biological clock existence in the uterus of oviduct, the clockwork gene regulates the rhythmic expression of related ions, ion channel proteins, ion binding proteins and eggshell specific matrix proteins through the clockwork mechanism.
