基于AMEsim的拖拉机滑转率自动控制研究

摘  要:
简要分析国内外拖拉机电控液压悬挂及滑转率控制技术的发展现状,指出我国在电控液压悬挂及滑转率控制技术方面的短板。进而提出基于拖拉机耕作位置控制的滑转率自动控制系统,并阐述其组成结构及工作原理。基于AMEsim建立系统仿真模型,提出控制策略并进行仿真分析。经过对响应性、适应性、稳定性进行仿真分析,分析表明,该系统具有可行性,将有利于提高液压悬挂自动控制水平,有利于改善拖拉机部分作业工况下的机耕作效率。

摘  要:
The development status of tractor electro-hydraulic hitch system and slip rate control technology at home and abroad was briefly analyzed and the shortcomings of electro-hydraulic hitch system and slip rate control technology in China were pointed out. Accordingly, a slip rate automatic control system based on tractor tillage position control was proposed, and its structure and working principle were expounded. The system simulation model was established and simulated based on AMEsim with control strategy carried out in this paper Through the simulation analysis of responsiveness, adaptability and stability, the analysis shows that the system is feasible, which will help to improve the automatic control level of hydraulic hitch system and the efficiency of tractor ploughing under partial working conditions of tractor.
