钢-竹组合箱形梁抗剪性能试验

摘  要:
以两根对立放置的冷弯薄壁U型钢作为箱形骨架,骨架外表面通过结构胶黏剂黏结4块竹胶板,制成钢-竹组合箱形梁。试验以箱形组合梁翼缘、腹板竹胶板厚度、冷弯薄壁U型钢翼缘宽度和组合梁剪跨比为控制参数,对6根钢-竹组合箱形梁进行抗剪性能试验,测量各级荷载作用下组合梁应变和挠度的发展,分析组合梁的受剪破坏过程和破坏机制,探讨了组合梁的抗剪性能。试验结果表明,钢-竹组合箱形梁的整体工作性能十分良好,冷弯薄壁型钢和竹胶板组合效应明显,组合梁翼缘、腹板竹胶板厚度的增加,可以提高其极限抗剪承载力,与此同时,组合梁剪跨比的减小也能使其抗剪能力有较大提高。研究表明,组合梁破坏经历两个阶段,即弹性阶段和弹塑性阶段,具有良好的延性和安全储备,能够作为受力构件用于建筑工程。

摘  要:
The box section bamboo-steel composite beams were formed by steel skeleton which consisted of two pieces of cold-formed thin-walled U section steel and four pieces of bamboo plywood which were glued on the surface of the skeleton. Six specimens were tested to evaluate effects of bamboo plywood thicknesses of the flange and web of composite beams,width of steel flange and shear span ratio of composite beams. In order to explore the shearing behavior,strains and deflections of beams under different loads were tested and failure process and mechanism were analyzed. The results showed that overall performances of composite beams were excellent and the composite effect between steel and bamboo plywood was reliable. Increasing bamboo plywood thickness of the flange and web of composite beams could improve its ultimate shear capacity. Meanwhile,decreasing the shear span ratio of composite beams had the same effect. The research pointed out that the failure of composite beams had went through two stages,including the elastic stage and the elastic-plastic stage. This new ductile composite beam which had favorable security reserves could serve as bearing components in architectural engineering.
