小型山地苜蓿精量条播机的设计与试验

摘  要:
为了解决现有谷物播种机播种苜蓿时精度低、浪费种子严重等问题,研制了一种苜蓿精量条播机.该条播机排种器采用螺旋外槽轮式,通过变换使用排种轴上的三联链轮及配合旋动排种手轮调节排种轮有效工作长度,可根据土壤类别和农艺要求,大范围精确调节播量(7.5~52.5kg/hm2).试验结果表明:该机在规定排量情况下,性能指标达到了豆科牧草播种机性能要求,在不同工况条件下各行排量一致性变异系数最大值为8.18%,总排量稳定性变异系数最大值为2.54%.

摘  要:
In order to solve the problems with lower sowing accuracy and serious waste of seed,aprecision alfalfa seeder was developed.Seed discharging device of the seeder using spiral outside sheave style. Precision sowing(wide range,7.5~52.5kg/hm2)achieved by changing the triple sprocket on the seed discharging shaft and adjusting the seed discharging shaft screw spin length,which cooperating with each other.Its ability meet the needs of different soil type and different agronomic requirements.Tests showed that in the case of setting displacement,the seed metering device's performance reached the legume forage planter performance requirements.Under various working conditions,maximum of the each line displacement consistency coefficient of variation was 8.18%and maximum of the total displacement stability coefficient of variation was 2.54%.
