摘  要:
转基因植物中选择标记基因可能对生物安全和环境安全带来的不利影响,有必要进行剔除。评述了剔除选择标记基因的几种方法,并设计了利用双T DNA共转化和位点特异性重组的方法初步建立培育无选择标记转基因棉花的体系。

摘  要:
This paper reviewed the potential negative effects of selectable marker genes in transgenic plants on the safety of biology environment, it is necessary to knock out these genes. Several kinds of knockingout methods were presented. A transformation system was preliminarily designed to generate markerfree transgenic cotton plants by the methods of double TDNA cotransformation system and site specific recombination system.
