摘  要:
土壤酶在土壤碳、氮、磷、硫等元素的循环中起着重要的生物学催化剂的作用,其活性的强弱直接与土壤肥力因素密切相关,各种有机培肥措施可直接或间接地影响土壤酶的活性。在土壤有机培肥研究中,可以把土壤酶活性作为评价土壤肥力的指标之一,直接研究各种酶类的活性变化,对于揭示土壤有机质转化的过程、方向及规律,土壤养分形成机理具有重大的意义。

摘  要:
Soil enzymes play an important role in the cycle of C,N,P,S and other elements as bio-activator.Activities of soil enzymes are correlated closely with soil fertility.Many measures of ISFOM affect soil enzyme activity directly or indirectly.Activity of soil enzymes can be used as one of the parameters of soil fertility evaluation.The study of activity changes of all kinds of soil enzymes is very important to reveal the process,direction of transformation of soil organic matter and the mechanism of soil nutrition development.
