摘  要:
Rotavirus is major cause of severe acute gastroenteritis in human and animals. The disease has the higher levels of morbidity and mortality. There is no specific medication until now. The traditional rotavirus vaccine is not effective in prevention of rotavirus disease. With development of molecular biotechnology, the vaccine derived from the transgenic plant may resolve this problem. Human and animals will get antibody and obtain immunity when they eat the transgenic vaccine. Thus, the disease can be prevented.
