奶牛冻精跨省调运至无疫区的疫病风险防控——华美牧场跨省引进国产奶牛冻精至从化无疫区的经验与思考

摘  要：
2009年广州亚运无规定马属动物疫病区通过评估正式建立。按照无疫区的管理规定,国产奶牛冻精跨省调入无疫区域需进行相应的行政审批和检疫,不但要检测国家检疫规定的疫病,而且还需要对马属动物易感疫病——水泡性口炎和伊氏锥虫病进行检测。华美牧场地处无疫病辖区内,在申报办理奶牛冻精跨省调运手续过程中认识到提高牧场自身疫病风险防控能力的重要性,并总结出一定的经验。

摘  要：
In 2009,the Guangzhou Asia Game Specific Equine Disease-free Zone was established. Domestic frozen sperm in dairy cow that trans-provincial into Guangzhou Asia Game Specific Equine Disease-free Zone must be administrative approval and quarantined by government according to the regulations of Guangzhou Asia Game Specific Equine Disease-free Zone. Frozen sperm in cow was not only be quarantined diseases required by national government,but also needed to quarantine Vesicular Stomatitis and Echinosomiasis that required by Guangzhou Asia Game Specific Equine Disease-free Zone. Huamei farm is located in Guangzhou Asia Game Specific Equine Disease-free Zone,in the process of transacting the procedure of frozen sperm in cow trans-provincial transportation,we realized that the importance to improve the ability of the risk of cow diseases prevention and control,and get some experience.
