论现刊记到中疑难问题的处理

摘  要：
现刊记到是期刊管理工作中不可或缺的重要环节,是对外验收对内中转的桥梁。实践中,现刊记到存在合刊、增刊、更名、改期、多版化、卷期标识复杂以及缺刊催询统计不全等实际问题,对这些问题要采取积极有效的措施处理,才能清晰准确地做好记到及催询统计工作。今后应加强期刊收发记到的管理,对期刊记到工作中的疑难问题不断探索和改进,以促进和完善期刊服务工作。

摘  要：
the current periodical records record is in the periodical supervisory work the indispensable important link,is the foreign approval the bridge,which relays to in.In practice,current periodical records the existence combined issue,the supplement,changes the name,to change the time,the multi-versions,volume time marking is complex as well as lacks the publication to urge to inquire the statistics not entire and so on the actual problem,must adopt positive effective measure processing to these questions,can clearly accurately complete records and urges to inquire the statistical work.From now on,it is essential to strengthen the management,which periodical receiving and dispatching will record in the work to the periodical,to continuously explore and improve difficult problems in current periodical records,so as to promote and perfect periodical service work.
