摘  要：
Food security is the lifeline of the country. The more we face risks and challenges,the more we need to stabilize agriculture and ensure food security. As a major agricultural province,Henan Province has always held the political responsibility for food security,accelerated the construction of high-standard farmland,operated high-quality wheat on a large scale,innovated the mode of service production,orderly promoted agricultural work,ensured a good harvest of Henan Province summer food,and effectively played the role of ballast of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".
