北江鲂年龄与生长特征的研究

摘  要:
2011年9月,在北江采集鲂(Megalobrama skolkovii)样本326尾,以鳞片作为年龄鉴定材料,进行年龄与生长的研究。研究结果显示:鲂渔获物由2~7龄组成,3~5龄为优势年龄组,占渔获总量的87.42%;优势组体长为190~270 mm,占渔获物的44.79%;体质量集中在100~800 g,占渔获物的70.25%。体长鳞径呈线性相关,雌鱼:L=44.281R+16.927;雄鱼:L=41.483R+23.732。体长体质量呈现幂函数关系,雌鱼:W=4×10-5L2.950 2,雄鱼:W=5×10-5L2.871 7,生长均属于等速生长型。北江鲂生长符合Von Bertalanffy方程,雌鱼:Lt=480.52(1-e-0.234 3(t+0.239 5)),雄鱼:Lt=462.05(1-e-0.235 1(t+0.306 2));雌鱼:Wt=3052.92(1-e-0.234 3(t+0.239 5))2.950 2,雄鱼:Wt=2400.78(1-e-0.235 1(t+0.306 2))2.871 7,雌鱼生长快于雄鱼,且寿命更长。研究认为:北江鲂资源呈现低龄化的趋势,为可持续开发利用,建议限定捕捞规格为300 mm(700 g)以上。

摘  要:
The age and growth of Megalobrama skolkovii were evaluated in Beijiang River using scales of 326 specimens collected in September 2011.The estimated ages ranged between 2 to 7 years old,the dominated age ranged from 3 to 5 years old(87.42%),the dominated body length was from 190 to 270 mm(44.79%),the dominated body weight was from 100 to 800 g(70.25%).The body length-scale radius relationship is:(Female) L=44.281R+16.927;(Male) L=41.483R+23.732.The body length-weight relationship were:(Female) W=4×10-5L2.9502,(Male) W=5×10-5L2.8717,belongs to be isometric growth.The Von Bertalanffy growth equations were:(Female)Lt=480.52(1-e-0.2343(t+0.2395)),(Male)Lt=462.05(1-e-0.2351(t+0.3062));(Female)Wt=3052.92(1-e-0.2343(t+0.2395))2.9502,(Male)Wt=2400.78(1-e-0.2351(t+0.3062))2.8717.The result showed that female fish appeared to growth at a faster rate and had longer life-spans than male fish.For the purpose of protecting the population of M.skolkovii and sustainable utilization,we suggest only fish larger than 300 mm(700 g) should be harvested.
