人工感染3种弧菌对鲻鱼血清酶活力的影响

摘  要:
【目的】了解病原菌对鲻鱼非特异性免疫功能的影响,为鲻鱼细菌性疾病的免疫防治提供参考依据。【方法】采用腹腔注射法将等比例混合浓度为4.5×106 CFU/mL的副溶血弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)、创伤弧菌(Vibrio vulnificus)和哈维氏弧菌(Vibrio harveyi)混合菌悬液人工感染鲻鱼,对照组注射等量灭菌生理盐水,分别在感染后第0、1、3、7、11、15、19、23、27、31和35 d采集血样测定血清中酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、溶菌酶(LSZ)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活力的变化。【结果】鲻鱼在感染3种弧菌混合悬液后第3 d开始出现发病症状,其血清中的溶酶体酶(ACP、AKP和LSZ)活力总体上呈先降低后升高再降低的变化趋势;抗氧化酶(SOD和POD)活力也呈先降低后升高再降低的变化趋势;氨基转移酶(GOT和GPT)活力在感染初期呈急剧上升态势,而后下降回归至正常水平。【结论】鲻鱼受到外源微生物(弧菌混合悬液)刺激后,其体内非特异免疫系统被激活、组织(肝脏)受到损伤,即血清中非特异免疫酶可作为鉴定鱼体健康状况的指标。

摘  要:
【Objective】The variations on innate immune activities of Mugil cephalus infected by inoculating microbes were studied to provide theoretical references for immunological control of mullet phytosis. 【Method】Mixed bacteria suspension with equal ratio of 4.5×106CFU/mL Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio vulnificus, Vibrio harveyi and normal saline(control group) were injected into the enterocoelia of Mugil cephalus. The activities of acid phosphatase(ACP), alkaline phosphatase(AKP), lysozyme(LSZ), superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD), glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT), and glutamic pyruvic transaminase(GPT) activity in serum of Mugil cephalus were investigated at different time(0,1,3,7, 11,15,19,23,27,31,35 d) by detecting the collected blood samples. 【Result】Symptoms appeared on the third day of infection. The activities of ACP, AKP, LSZ, SOD and POD presented the same tendency. They all decreased at first and then increased and decreased again. In the early stage of infection, the amino transferase of GOT and GPT showed a sharp rise at first and then slowly declined to the normal level. 【Conclusion】Exogenous microorganism could do harm to non-specific immune system and liver of Mugil cephalus. Nonspecific immune enzyme in serum could be used as the indicator for fish health.
