灭除甘肃臭草对不同放牧方式亚高山草地植物群落和土壤肥力的影响

摘  要:
为探究放牧方式对毒杂草型退化草地恢复效果的影响,在祁连山北坡选取甘肃臭草型退化草地,喷施臭草利宁后,分别以轮牧和自由放牧两种方式进行利用,8a后对草地植物群落和土壤肥力特征进行调查分析。结果如下:轮牧草地甘肃臭草消失,自由放牧草地甘肃臭草再生,但与对照相比重要值显著降低;灭除甘肃臭草后轮牧草地和自由放牧草地植物群落Shannon-Winner多样性指数和Margalef丰富度指数显著提高,Simpson优势度指数显著降低;灭除甘肃臭草后,轮牧草地0~30cm土壤pH显著降低,土壤水分、有机碳、全氮和有效磷含量显著升高;但是,自由放牧草地0~30cm土壤pH无显著变化,土壤水分、有机碳和全氮含量,以及0~20cm土壤有效磷含量显著降低。因此,臭草利宁对甘肃臭草斑块的扩张具有明显遏制作用,化学灭除甘肃臭草与轮牧方式相结合,既能增加可食牧草比例,又有利于土壤水分、养分含量的提高,是治理甘肃臭草型退化草地的有效方式。

摘  要:
To investigate the effects of different grazing methods on the recovery effect of toxic weedy degraded grassland,on the northern slope of Qilian Mountain, Melica przewalskyi dominated degraded grassland was selected as the present research subject. Two treatments were formed after spraying herbicide, including rotation grazing(RG) and free grazing(FG). The characteristics of grassland plant community, and soil physical and chemical properties were investigated after eight years. The results are shown as following contents. M. przewalskyi disappeared under the RG conditions, while it was regenerated under the FG conditions, in which the important value of M. przewalskyi was significantly decreased. After spraying herbicide, Shannon-Winner diversity index and Margalef richness index were increased significantly, while Simpson dominance index was decreased significantly under both FG and RG conditions. Soil pH value at 0~30 cm depth was significantly reduced, while soil moisture, organic carbon, total nitrogen and available phosphorus contents at 0~30 cm depth were significantly increased under the RG condition. However, changes of soil moisture, organic carbon, total nitrogen and available phosphorus content under the FG conditions were opposite to those of RG conditions, while there was no significant changes of soil pH under the FG conditions. All above results indicated that the application of herbicide had obvious inhibited effect on the expansion of M. przewalskyi. The combination of chemical elimination and rotation grazing is an effective way to manage M. przewalskyi dominated degraded grassland.
