正交试验优化肉苁蓉提取工艺

摘  要:
目的:优化肉苁蓉提取工艺,为肉苁蓉制剂生产研究提供科学依据。方法:采用L_9(3~4)正交试验,以提取溶剂、料液比、提取次数为考察因素,出膏率、松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷含量为指标,优选肉苁蓉提取工艺。结果:肉苁蓉最佳提取工艺为:肉苁蓉饮片以8倍量30%乙醇提取2次,每次1 h。结论:该工艺提取率高,简单可行,为肉苁蓉制剂工业化生产提供科学依据。

摘  要:
Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of Herba Cistanches,so as to provide the experimental basis for the study of the preparation technology of Herba Cistanche. Methods: The extract technology of Herba Cistanches was optimized by L_9(3~4)orthogonal design with the extraction solvent,solid-liquid ratio,and extraction times as factors and with the contents of echinacoside and verbascoside as index. Results:The optimal extraction condition for Herba Cistanches was as follows:Herba Cistanches slices were extracted useing 8 times 30% ethanol for 2 times,1 h each time. Conclusion:The optimal extraction technology was efficient,simple and feasible,which provides scientific basis for the industrial production of Herba Cistanches.
