树冠覆膜对沙糖橘留树过程中品质变化的影响

摘  要:
【目的】研究沙糖橘在留树贮藏过程中品质变化规律及树冠覆膜对沙糖橘果实品质的影响,为沙糖橘适时采收和品质调控提供参考依据。【方法】对经树冠覆膜和未覆膜的留树贮藏沙糖橘进行单果重、果皮重、果皮厚度、色泽及可溶性固形物、糖、可滴定酸和维生素C(Vc)含量等的连续测定。【结果】在留树贮藏过程中,沙糖橘单果重降低、果皮重增加,果皮亮度、红度值和色调角下降,可溶性固形物和总糖含量略有上升,可滴定酸和Vc含量逐渐下降,糖酸比和固酸比上升。树冠覆膜可增加果皮红度值,降低色调角,延缓可滴定酸下降速度,对总糖和可溶性固形物含量影响不显著(P>0.05)。果实综合评价结果表明,留树过程中果实综合评价得分逐渐下降,而树冠覆膜可延缓得分下降速度,提高果实综合评价得分。【结论】树冠覆膜技术可延长沙糖橘果实的采收期,并可在一定程度上提高果实综合品质。

摘  要:
【Objective】The quality variation of Shatangju fruit during storage on tree and effects of crown coating on fruit quality were studied to provide reference for harvesting at proper time and quality control of Shatangju.【Method】In this study,continuous determination of single fruit weight,peel weight,peel thickness,color,soluble solids,sugar,titratable acid and Vitamin C(Vc)contents was carried out on the crown coated and uncoated Shatangju fruits stored on tree.【Result】Research indicated that during the storage on tree,the weight of the single fruit decreased,the peel weight increased,and the brightness,redness and hue angle of the peel decreased. Soluble solids and total sugar content increased slightly. The titratable acid and Vc content gradually decreased,and the ratio of sugar to titratable acid and ratio of soluble solid to titratable acid increased. Crown coating could increase the redness value of the peel,reduce the hue angle,delay the decline of titratable acid,and have no significant effect on contents of total sugar and soluble solids(P>0.05). The results of comprehensive fruit evaluation showed that the scores of fruit comprehensive evaluation decreased gradually during the storage process,and the crown coating could delay the decline of scores and improve the comprehensive evaluation score of fruits.【Conclusion】The crown coating prolongs the harvest period of Shatangju and improves the comprehensive fruit quality,promotes the coloration of the sugar orange fruit and helps the fruit to obtain the best quality.
