摘  要:
1998~ 2 0 0 0年 ,在室内用菌毒素测定甘薯新品系 97- 10对甘薯青枯病菌和蔓割病菌抗性的同时 ,也在田间分别对两病进行自然诱发抗性测定。结果表明 ,97- 10的抗瘟力优于抗病品种华北 4 8和福建省当家品种金山 5 7、新种花 ,差异均达极显著水平 ;97- 10对蔓割病的抗性也优于抗病品种福薯 2号和福建省当家品种金山 5 7、新种花 ,差异达极显著水平。在室内和田间测定中 ,97- 10均表现出优良的抗瘟力和抗蔓割病能力 ,是一个具有双抗特性的甘薯新品系

摘  要:
Resistance of 97\|10, a new variety of sweet potato, to crude toxins of Ralstonia solanacearum and Fusarium oxysporum f sp batatae was evaluated in green house Meanwhile, the resistance was also identified in field The results showed that the resistance of 97\|10 to Ralstonia solanacearum was higher than those of Huabei 48,Jinshan 57 and Xinzhonghua;the resistance of 97\|10 to Fusarium oxysporum was also higher than those of Fushu 2,Jinshan 57 and Xinzhonghua The resistance of 97\|10 was significantly different from those of Huabei 48,Jinshan 57,Fushu 2 and Xinzhonghua by Ducan's testing It showed 97\|10 was a new variety of sweet potato with excellent resistance to Ralstonia solanacearum and Fusarium oxysporum, it has already been tested in the diseased areas of Fujian Province and showed good performance against above diseases
