This paper aims to explore the effects of probiotics on Qinghai yak rumen fermentation and immunity and help the promotion and application of probiotics in Yak breeding in Qinghai.45 Qinghai yak calves were randomly divided into 3 groups(control group and test groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ) with 0,0.5 and 1 g/kg micro ecological agents in the fine feed, and determined gain weight growth performance and rumen fluid pH,ammoniacal nitrogen concentration, volatile fatty acid concentration rumen fermentation parameters, and the immunoglobulin protein content and the amount of cell factors measurement indicators. Results showed that compared with the control group, the average daily gain, ammonia nitrogen, acetic acid, acid, total volatile fatty acids,IgG,IgA,IL-2,IFN-γ content increased significantly in test groups(P<0.05).Compared to test group Ⅰ,the average daily gain,IgG,IL-2,IFN-γ were significantly increased(P<0.05) in test groupⅡ.Addition of 0.5 g/kg and 1.0 g/kg of probiotics could significantly improve Qinghai yak weight, rumen fermentation and immunity, and get the economic benefits of yak breeding.
