乡村振兴战略背景下,青岛开放大学与青岛市委组织部共建青岛市公务员特色实践教育基地,遵循基层党员干部成长规律,以学员乡村工作场景为中心,创新开展场景化培训模式.通过沉浸式体验培训,让学员获得真实的、有应用价值的学习体验,赋能学员发展,开创乡村振兴工作新局面,推动农业农村现代化.场景化培训是马克思主义实践论指导下的培训创新、创造,是"理论联系实际"干部培训规律在基层党员干部培训中的具体运用.
