神头泉域鱼类群落结构及生物多样性分析

摘  要:
2016年6月和8月,设置4个采样点,采用地笼或电捕采集鱼类样品,并结合从垂钓者处获得的信息,现场调查神头泉域的鱼类资源,以了解神头泉域鱼类群落现状,为保护其生物多样性提供参考。调查期间,共采集鱼类4 307尾、21.81kg,分属5目7科14属16种,其中鲤科6种,占总数的37.5%;鳅科4种,占总数的25.0%;鰕虎鱼科2种,占总数的12.5%;鳉科、刺鱼科、塘鳢科和鲑科各1种,共占总数的25.0%。相对重要性指数(IRI)分析表明,达里湖高原鳅Triplophysa dalaica、拉氏鐬Phoxinus lagowskii、麦穗鱼Pseudorasbora parva和鲫Carassius auratus为优势种;物种丰富度指数R、均匀度指数J’和多样性指数H’分析显示,泉域鱼类种类相对单一、群落结构简单、稳定性差,生物多样性脆弱易受破坏。除自然环境条件外,人类活动是影响当地鱼类生物多样性的主要因素。建议在泉域建立水产种质资源保护区。

摘  要:
Field surveys of fish resources were conducted in 4 sampling points by trapping, electric fishing, and anglers in Shentou Spring region in June and August of 2016 in order to understand the current situation of fish communities and to conserve its biodiversity. During the surveys, a total of 4 307 individual fishes, weighing 21.81 kg in all, were sampled, including 16 species belonging to 5 orders, 7 families and 14 genera: 6 species in Cyprinidae, accounting for 37.5% of the total; 4 species in Cobitidae, accounting for25.0% of the total; 2 species in Gobiidae, accounting for 12.5% of the total; 1 species each in Cyprinodontidae, Gasterosteidae, Eleotridae and Salmonidae, altogether accounting for 25.0% of the total. The relative importance index(IRI)analysis showed that Triplophysa dalaica, minnow Phoxinus lagowskii, stone moroko Pseudorasbora parva and crucian carp Carassius auratus were the dominant species. The analysis of richness index(R), evenness index(J')and diversity index(H')revealed that the fish community structure was characterized by the relatively unitary and simple composition of species, weak stability and vulnerable biodiversity in Shentou Spring region, primarily due to the main factors affecting the biodiversity of the local fishes including natural environmental conditions and human activity. The establishment of aquaculture germplasm resources conservation area is suggested to protect and recover the biodiversity of fishes in Shentou Spring region.
