烟用包装纸检测指标与上机适用性分析

摘  要：
[目的]分析包装纸现有检测指标与卷烟机适用性之间的关系。[方法]以烟用包装纸为供试材料,检测单张纸重量、水分、厚度、折痕挺度和摩擦系数,对不同批次、不同供应商相关指标的差异性进行分析。[结果]不同批次、不同供应商烟用包装纸指标存在着差异性,摩擦系数是影响包装纸上机适用性的关键因素。[结论]通过技术改进,可减少卷烟产品质量缺陷。

摘  要：
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the relationship between detection indicators and applicability of wrapping paper.[Method]With tobacco wrapping papers as test materials,the contents of sheet-fed weight,moisture content,thickness,stiffness of the crease and friction coefficient were determined,the differences of relevant indicators from different batches and suppliers were analyzed. [Result]The results showed that there are differences about detection indexes of wrapping paper among different batches and supplier,the friction coefficient is the key factor affecting the applicability of wrapping paper. [Conclusion] The study can improve the quality of cigarette product through technology improvement.
