柳杉人工林经济效益评价

摘  要：
运用经济效果评价分析法的净现值指标、内部收益率指标等,对柳杉人工林进行动态和静态的经济评价。结果表明,31年生柳杉人工林造林项目投资总收入为305 496.01元/hm~2,总投资利润率为39.44%,净现值为832.72元/hm~2,总体经济水平高出当地乡土树种;柳杉人工林营林第26年内部收益率最高(13.55%);柳杉木材价格高于盈亏临界点价格(307.96元/m~3),且柳杉木材价格为影响柳杉人工林经济效益最敏感因子。总结得出,柳杉人工林投资项目经济效益高,投资风险小,市场需求量大,且该树种最佳轮伐期为第26年,适合于广西大范围推广栽培种植。

摘  要：
Using the value index of net present and the internal rate, this paper make dynamic and static economic evaluation on Cryptomeria japonica plantation. The results show that: the total investment of reforestation project reached 305496.01 yuan / hm~2 in 31a Cryptomeria japonica plantation, the profit rate of total investment was 39.44%, the net present value was approximately 832.72 yuan / hm~2, the overall economic level was higher than the local native species; the internal rate of 26 a Cryptomeria japonica plantation was the highest(13.55%); cedar wood price was higher than the price of breakeven point(307.96 yuan / m~3), and cedar wood price was the most sensitive factor to affect the economic benefit in Cryptomeria japonica plantation. In summary, the economic benefit of Cryptomeria japonica plantation project investment is high, the investment risk is small, the market demand is great, and the best optimal rotation age is the 26 year, so cryptomeria japonica plantation is suitable for planting in Guangxi province.
