基于DPSIR模型的土地利用规划环境影响评价研究

摘  要:
文章以郑州市为例,对土地利用现状和规划目标进行分析,运用D-P-S-I-R概念框架模型结合郑州市具体情况构建指标体系,划分为3个层次,即目标层A、准则层B、指标层C,指标层有23个评价因子,采用层次分析法确定各指标权重,运用加权求和法对土地利用规划进行环境影响评价,为开展土地利用总体规划环境评价工作提供参考。

摘  要:
Taking Zhengzhou City as an example, according to the analysis about of the present situation of land use and planning, and the result of general land use planning implementation of the environmental impact of a set of environmental impact identification, using the D- P- S- I- R conceptual framework model combined with the specific situation of Zhengzhou City to build the index system,divided into three levels, namely the target layer A, criterion layer B, indicators layer C, which has 23indicators. Calculating the weight of each index by analytic hierarchy process(ahp), then making the comprehensive evaluation of environmental impacts of land use by weighted summation method, in order to give some suggestions for new revision of general land use planning.
