摘 要：
以飞龙掌血内酯作为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法,于329 nm波长处测定对照品溶液和样品溶液吸光度。所得回归方程为:A=48.36×10-3C-6.98×10-3(r=0.999 9,n=6),线性范围为2.08～20.76μg/mL(r=0.999 9),回收率为101.44%,RSD%(n=6)=2.49。此方法具有较好的稳定性和精密度,用此方法测定飞龙掌血中总内酯含量为8.0%以上。该方法准确、快速,重现性好,可用于飞龙掌血药材中总内酯类成分的测定。

摘 要：
Total content of lactones in Toddalia asiatica was detected at 329 nm by UV spectrophotometry using toddalolatone as standard.The standard curve was then obtained as A=48.36×10-3C-6.98×10-3(r=0.999 9,n=6),and the detection concentration of the total lactones showed good linearity with its absorbability within the range of 2.076~20.76 μg/mL(r=0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 101.44%(n= 6) with RSD of 2.49%.The content of total lactones in Toddalia asiatica was as high as 8.0%.This method was proven to be precise,fast and reproducible,thereby could be used to quantify total content of lactones in Toddalia asiatica.
