玉米茎秆纤维品质性状及其相关分析

摘  要:
利用B73与By804构建的高油玉米群体为材料,对细胞壁主要成分纤维素、半纤维素、木质素3个品质性状进行了分析评价,以探讨茎秆品质性状间的关系以及与茎秆穿刺强度的关系。结果表明,各品质性状变异较大,各性状家系间差异均达极显著水平,不同品质性状变异程度不同,其中木质素含量变异最大,变异系数达20.10%。纤维素、半纤维素和木质素三者之间均达到极显著正相关,其中,纤维素和木质素与茎秆穿刺强度呈显著或极显著正相关。

摘  要:
The recombinant inbred lines( RIL) derived from a normal line B73 and a high-oil By804 were used to investigate the phenotypic variation and correlation among three stalk quality traits including cellulose( CEL),hemicellulose( HCEL) and acid detergent lignin( ADL),which are major components of plant cell wall,and correlation analysis between stalk quality traits and rind penetration resistance( RPR). The results showed that every quality trait had highly significant variation,the coefficient of variation( CV) of ADL was the highest( 20. 10%).The correlation analysis showed that the significant positive was detected among each other at P < 0. 01,while RPR had a significant positive correlation with ADL and CEL.
