高职毕业生择业意向与就业现状调查研究——以泉州黎明职业大学为例

摘  要:
目的通过定性与定量相结合的方法,深入剖析高职毕业生的择业意向,找出高职毕业生择业意向与就业现状之间的落差。方法建立高职毕业生择业意向影响因素的多层次指标结构模型,设计、实施问卷调查,获取有力数据;利用层次分析法确定各指标权重,建立数学模型,并运用该模型对6类就业岗位性质做了定量分析评价。结果在对各影响因素指标权重进行总排序后,比重较大的依次为社会保障、个人能力、任职者素质。对6类就业岗位性质进行满意度调查发现,综合得分最高的是国有企业,国有企业在工作环境、工资福利、发展前景、职业声望、就业区域这5个指标值都排在前三。民营企业是毕业生就业的最主要去向,因此毕业生择业意向与实际就业现状之间存在着落差。结论利用定性与定量相结合的方法研究毕业生的择业意向与就业现状间的落差,有助于学校和有关部门适时掌握高职毕业生的择业意向,更好地指导和促进高职毕业生树立良好的择业观和就业观。

摘  要:
Objective To analyze the career intentions of higher vocational graduates and to find out the mental fall between the intentions and the actual employment status with the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Methods By establishing a model of multi-level index structure that affects graduates' career intentions,based on which a questionnaire survey was designed and carried out,with effective data collected;by using Analytic Hierarchy process,all index weights were calculated,and a mathematical model was established,with which six jobs were quantitatively compared and evaluated.Results After a general ranking of each index weights of the affecting factors,the sequence were social security,individual capability,and basic essence.The satisfaction investigation on the categories of the six jobs showed that the highest score was state-owned enterprise,which ranked the top three in the working conditions,wages and benefits,development prospect,occupational prestige and employment regions.The investigation showed that most graduates had to work in private enterprises,hence there existed mental fall between their career intentions and the actual employment status.Conclusion The research on mental fall between higher vocational graduates' career intentions and actual employment status could help colleges and the departments concerned to have the graduates' career intentions in mind and to give better directions and guidance for their viewpoints in choosing careers.
