不同寄主植物对丽蚜小蜂寄生效应的影响

摘  要:
【目的】研究"植物-温室白粉虱-丽蚜小蜂"三级营养结构中寄主植物如何影响丽蚜小蜂的寄生作用。【方法】分别在田间和人工气候箱内测定5种温室白粉虱主要寄主植物对丽蚜小蜂寄生率的影响因素,进一步明确丽蚜小蜂寄生温室白粉虱的作用机理。【结果】在寄生蜂1∶10的放蜂量情况下,丽蚜小蜂在刀豆叶片上的寄生率最高,达85.7%。不同植物对丽蚜小蜂生殖和发育及个体大小均有较大影响。【结论】寄主植物叶片腺毛较少,叶面积较大,叶间距较小,更有利于丽蚜小蜂的寄生。

摘  要:
【Objective】To study the influence of host plants on the parasitic function of Encarsia formosa Gahan in the host plant-trialeurodes vaporariorum-parasitoid tritrophic system. 【Method】The influencing factors of five kinds of host plants on the parasitism rate in the field and in the artificial climate chamber were measured to further definitude the mechanism of Encarsia formosa Gahan parasitsm on trialeurodes vaporariorum.【Result】With a 1∶ 10 ratio of Encarsia formosa Gahan to bean leaves,the parasitism rate of Encarsia formosa Gahan on bean leaves was the highest( 85. 7%). All host plants had a large impact on the reproduction,growth and individual size of Encarsia formosa Gahan. Leaves with less glandular hairs and larger area and smaller spacing would be more favorable for the parasitism of Encarsia formosa Gahan.【Conclusion】Host plant leaf blade with less glandular hair,larger area and small spacing is more conducive to Encarsia formosa Gahan bee parasitism.
