干壳莲子剥壳机及刀具参数研究

摘  要：
根据干壳莲子加工的现状,设计了莲子脱壳机,介绍了整机的主要结构特点;以提高剥净率,降低破碎率为目的,采用正交试验方法,对剥壳刀具的参数进行了试验研究。同时,探讨了剥壳刀具刀齿的刃角α,齿间距a,剥壳力对剥净率、破碎率的影响。通过数据分析,得到较优参数组合。

摘  要：
In this paper, in accordance with the status of dry lotus seed processing, a machine was designed for in order to raise the rate hulling and reduce the crushing rate, a machine of the dried lotus seed peeling testing furniture developed by myself was use as experimental model A was carry out to study different parameters of the cutter. The effects of knife-edge clearance, knife-edge angle and force on the rate hulling and crushing was investigated By means of tests of between subjects effects, the preferable combination among three factors was gained.
