“藕簪”,还是“藕苫”或“藕笘”?

摘 要：
在湖北等地的莲藕(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.)产区,"藕簪"指叶片尚未展开的莲叶和藕带,实际应用中常将"藕簪"写成"藕苫",少数写成"藕笘",对"簪"、"苫"及"笘"等三字的读音也相近或相同,均为zān或zhān。就书面普及程度而言,"藕苫"与"藕簪"基本相当,均已非常普遍。其实,"藕苫"和"藕笘"都是不规范的用法。笔者建议,舍弃"藕笘",并按约定俗成的做法,保留"藕苫"用法,将其中"苫"字读音规范为"zhān"。

摘 要：
In the lotus(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn)producing region like Hubei province,Ou zān refers to lotus leaves not yet started and developed.In the practical application,Ou zān is often written as many kinds of other names like Ou zhān.This paper analyzes different names and concludes that Ou zhān are not standardized.The author proposes to abandon Ou zhān,and to retain the Ou zhān usage according to common practice.
