洪仁玕是一个正在成长中的资产阶级知识分子。具有革故鼎新的经济思想、民主观念的政治改革和文明的文化建设思想的《资政新篇》,是一个发展近代化的资本主义改革方案,与太平天国革命没有多少实际联系,与《天朝田亩制度》在太平天国发展中的作用的不同比较,论证了它不具备作为农民运动纲领的条件。

摘 要：
The New Theory for Assisting the Management of State Affairs used to be considered as the continuing and development of system for God's Land,and it should be the later guiding principle of the country of the peace and tranquility.However, it has nothing to do with the God's country of peace and tranquility,and it is a capitalistic scheme for founding a state which advanced by Hong Rengan.It showed the new cultural trend with identicable capitalistic colour.All thes have nothing to do with the farmers' regime.
