EM制剂对工蜂王浆腺发育的影响

摘  要:
本试验以意大利蜜蜂为材料,采用饲喂添加EM制剂的糖浆和纯糖浆两种处理,通过解剖各处理组特定日龄的工蜂,对工蜂王浆腺发育程度进行对比。试验结果表明,饲喂EM制剂糖浆对王浆腺重量的影响效果不显著,王浆腺重量在0~16日龄段与对照组相比无明显变化,发育盛期基本一致。结果说明给蜂群饲喂EM制剂对工蜂王浆腺发育无影响。

摘  要:
The study on materials for the Apis mellifera ligustica,fed by EM reagent syrup and pure syrup,According to specific day-old worker bee anatomical structure of treatment group,The Comparison Study of Hy-popharyngeal Gland development.The result shows that weight of the Hypopharyngeal Gland of feeding EM reagent syrup have no significant effects,Hypopharyngeal Gland weight in the age of 0 to 16 compared with the control group had no significant change,the peak of the basic agreement,bee colony feed to EM preparation on the development of Hypopharyngeal Gland had no effect.
