国务院即将批准苏南建设我国第五个国家自主创新示范区,这是我国区域发展规划中又一个重大发展战略,也是江苏又一次重要发展机遇。苏南建设国家自主创新示范区首先要学习和借鉴"老大哥"们在实践中创造的经验,从国家、江苏和苏南自身的发展战略出发,明确目标定位和重大意义;同时,要认清自身的优势和劣势,树立雄心壮志,采取创新举措,探索新路,破解难题,精心建设,争取后来居上。

摘 要：
The State Council is going to approve the establishment of the 5th national innovation model zone in Southern Jiangsu.This is not only an important strategy in China's regional development plan,but also an important chance for Jiangsu.The establishment of this model zone needs to learn from the pioneers as well as to make clear its position and significance from the development strategy of PRC,Jiangsu and Southern Jiangsu.Meanwhile,new measures must be taken,and new paths explored to overcome the difficulties and surpass the pioneers with the advantages and disadvantages and high goals in mind.
