现代农业产业化初探──上海孙桥现代农业开发区建设实践与思考

摘  要：
农业的现代化和产业化，愈来愈受到社会的广泛关注。上海孙桥现代农业开发区围绕这一总目标，在农业生产的市场化、企业化、科技化、设施化、区域化、规模化和生产、科普、观光、旅游相结合的产业化发展中的经济体制运行机制改革等诸多方面进行了初步探索性实践。本文总结了该现代农业开发区开发建设４年来的经验及有待努力研究解决的问题；对农业产业化过程中提高科技含量、提高开发经济效益、建立龙头企业、建立适应现代农业开发的体制与机制、引进和留住人才等５个方面问题进行了探讨；同时为促进农业产业开发和农业现代化提出了４条对策建议。

摘  要：
The modernization and industrialization of agriculture are paid more and moreattention by the society. To realize this general target,in Shanghai Sunqiao Modern Agriculture Development Zone,we have made preliminary exploration and practice in various aspectssuch as market orientating, enterprise running, installation setting, area zoning and scaleforming in agricultural production;combination of agricultural production,science popularization and tourism;and economic system running mechanism's reform in development of industrialization. In the present paper, we summarize the four years experience obtained. in themodern agriculture development zone and discuss several problems in the industrialization ofagriculture such as enhancing technique level,raising economic effect of development,edablishing leading agricultural enterprises,forming running system and mechanism suitable formodern agriculture development,introducing and keeping talented persons. Meanwhile,fourcountermeasures are suggested to promote the modernization and industrialization ofagriculture.
