摘  要：
针对ZG3210挖掘机斗杆在使用过程中的断裂现象,通过对材料应力、结构强度、动态断裂特性等的分析,得出了影响斗杆断裂的主要因素,提出了具体的改进方案与实施方法。所用的分析方法为挖掘机斗杆断裂故障的分析提供了具体的方法和参考依据,也为生产企业的类似产品开发提供了借鉴。

摘  要：
In the light of the fracture phenomenon of bucket rod of ZG3210 excavator,the main factors influencing on the fracture of bucket rod are found through analyzing the internal stress of material,structure strength and dynamic fracture characteristics. The improvement plan and implement method are proposed. This analysis method provides a concrete method and reference basis for the fracture analysis of bucket rod of the excavator. It also provides a reference for the similar product development of manufacturing enterprises.
