马尾松幼苗根际土壤对施肥的响应

摘  要:
研究了不同施肥处理对马尾松(Pinus massoniana)幼苗根际土壤pH值、速效养分含量及土壤酶活性的影响,结果表明,施肥处理马尾松幼苗根际土壤pH值低于非根际,速效养分、土壤酶活性(除过氧化氢酶)均高于非根际。且施磷肥、氮磷钾肥(N:P:K=1:1.6:1)根际土及非根际土pH值较低,速效磷含量较高,水解氮含量也较高,磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶活性较高,利于苗木对氮素、磷素吸收、利用;单施钾肥除能促进对相应元素吸收外对根际土壤酶活性无明显促进作用。说明适当施用磷肥或者氮磷钾肥按合理比例施用能够促进马尾松幼苗的生长。

摘  要:
Determination was implemented on pH,available nutrient contents and soil enzyme activity of rhizospheric soil of Pinus massoniana seedling under different fertilization treatment.The results showed that rhizospheric in fertilized soil pH was lower than non rhizosphere,available nutrient,and enzyme activity(except catalase) was higher in the rhizosphere.And in rhizospheric soil,pH value was lower under phosphate fertilizer and NPK fertilizer(1:1.6:1),available phosphorus content was higher,as well as hydrolyze nitrogen content,the activity of phosphatase and catalase.The nitrogen and potash fertilizer had no obvious promoting effect in addition to the absorption of relevant elements.The experiment demonstrated that phosphate fertilization and reasonable proportion of NPK fertilizer could promote the growth of the seedlings of P.massoniana.
