摘  要:
尼龙材料具有优异的耐磨性、耐候性、耐腐蚀性、降噪性等优点,作为表面涂敷技术的材料,能够较大程度地提升被涂敷工件的性能。通过确定合适的工艺流程及参数,将该技术应用于拖拉机的拨叉等零部件,可有效解决变形、磨损等问题,提高产品质量、节约生产成本。

摘  要:
Nylon material has the advantages of excellent wear resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance and noise reduction.As the material of surface coating technology, it can greatly improve the performance of coated workpieces.By determining the appropriate technological process and parameters, the applying of this technology to the shift fork or other components and parts on the tractor, which can effectively solve the problems of deformation and wear, so as to improve the product quality and save the production cost.
