用高分子乳化剂制备甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水乳剂

摘  要：
选用高分子乳化剂,采用反相法制备环境友好型新型甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水乳剂,并检测其理化性能指标。3.7%甲维盐水乳剂的优化配方为:甲氨基阿维菌素B_(1a)苯甲酸盐3.7%,溶剂环己酮+二甲苯为5%+5%,助溶剂二甲亚砜2%,高分子乳化剂N-300+G-200为2.5%+3.5%,自来水补足。此优选配方在室温、冷贮、热贮下稳定,其各项技术指标均符合水乳剂的质量技术指标要求。

摘  要：
A novel and environmental friendly formulation of emamectin benzoate EW was prepared with the phase transfer method using polymer emulsifier and evaluated through its physical and chemical performances.The optimum formulation of emamectin benzoate 37 EW consisted of 3.7%(W/W) emamectin benzoate,5%cyclohexanone,5%xylene,2%dimethyl sulfoxide,the polymer emulsifier of 2.5%N-300 and 3.5%G-200,and water.The results indicated that the formulation was stable in room temperature,low temperature and thermal storage,and that the physical and chemical performances met the technical standard of oil-in-water emulsion.
