摘  要:
研究了羊肚菌菌丝在不同培养基上培养的情况和温度、pH值、光照对羊肚菌菌丝生长的影响。结果表明 ,适合菌丝生长的最好氮源碳源组合为蔗糖一尿素、C∶N为 1 8∶1。在温度、pH值、光照三因素正交处理中影响菌丝生产的主导因素是温度 ,各因素间的交互作用很小

摘  要:
The state of Morchella esculenta is cultured on different culture media and the effects on hyphae of M. esculenta of temperature,pH value and light intensity studied.The results show that the best corbon sources and nitrogen sources combination is sucros-Urea,carbon-nitrogen ratio is 18∶1.The main factor of affecting hyphae growth is temperature in temperature,pH value and light 3 factor orthogonal treatment,the aternate affect is very little.
