狂犬病疫苗与干扰素α2b联合应用对小鼠的保护效果

摘  要：
[目的]研究IFN-α2b与狂犬病纯化疫苗对小白鼠的保护效果。[方法]将IFN-α2b与狂犬病纯化疫苗按不同的免疫程序应用于6个试验组中。1组:狂犬病疫苗腹腔注射0.5 ml/只,0、37、1、4 d免疫;2组:狂犬病疫苗腹腔注射0.5 ml/只,同时腹腔注射IFN-α2b 1 500IU/只,0、3、71、4 d免疫;3:狂犬病疫苗腹腔注射0.5 ml/只,0、37、d免疫;4组:狂犬病疫苗腹腔注射0.5 ml/只,同时腹腔注射IFN-α2b1 500 IU/只,03、7、d免疫;5组:狂犬病疫苗腹腔注射0.5 ml/只,03、、71、4 d免疫,于0、12、d腹腔注射IFN-α2b 1 500 IU/只;6组:狂犬病疫苗腹腔注射0.5 ml/只,0、3、71、4 d免疫,于0、12、、37、1、4 d腹腔注射IFN-α2b 1 500 IU/只。34、组于第9天攻击,12、、56、组于第21天攻击后计算其保护率。[结果]狂犬病疫苗与IFN-α2b联合应用组其保护率明显高于其他组,且按免疫程序同时应用IFN-α2b组其保护率最高。[结论]按狂犬病疫苗免疫程序同时应用IFN-α2b组其免疫效果最好,保护率最高。而提前应用IFN-α2b并没有增强狂犬病疫苗的保护率。

摘  要：
[objective] In order to observe different protective effects for mouse,we used Rabies Vaccine and Interferon-alpha 2b for anti-Rabies with the different ways.[Methods ]Six experiments were made using a variety of immue procedure.Group:1:intraperitoneal injection of 0.5 ml of rabies vaccine,0、 3、 7、 14 days immunization;2:rabies vaccine group while intraperitoneal injection of 0.5 ml of IFN-α2b 1 500 IU/ only intraperitoneal injection,0、3、7、14 days immunization;3:intraperitoneal injection of 0.5 ml of rabies vaccine group,0、3、7 days immunity;4:intraperitoneal injection of 0.5 ml of rabies vaccine group while IFN-α2b 1 500 IU/ only intraperitoneal injection,0、3、7 days immunity;5:intraperitoneal injection of 0.5 ml of rabies vaccine,0、3、7 and 14 days of immunization at 0、1、2 days intraperitoneal injection of IFN-α 2b 1 500 IU/ only;6:intraperitoneal injection of 0.5 ml of rabies vaccine,0,3,7 and 14 days of immunization at 0、1、2、3、7、14 days intraperitoneal injection of IFN-α 2b 1 500 IU/ only.Group 3 and 4 in the first nine days of attacks,Group 1,Group 2,Group 5,Group6 in the first 21 days after the attack calculated their protection rate.[Results] Rabies Vaccine combined with IFN-α2b protection group was significantly higher than other groups,while the rabies vaccination procedure application of IFN-α2b group immue best results.[Conclusion ]The rabies vaccination procedure application of IFN-α2b group immue best results,while its protective effect was best.Early application of enhanced IFN-α2b was no rabies vaccine protection rate.
