浅析城市动物园丰容管理与执行策略

摘  要：
在过去的几十年内圈养动物的福利逐渐被认同,动物丰容已经成为动物饲养管理中的重要组成部分。近年,国外的丰容方法和理念传入国内,为丰容工作提供了技术支持。但是由于管理理念的不同,相比于丰容方法我们需要更多的关于丰容管理和执行方面的探讨。本文总结南京市红山森林动物园近年的动物丰容工作管理经验,从丰容库的建立、丰容计划、丰容物资、执行过程的再调整、丰容团队管理等方面浅析动物园丰容管理与执行策略,以期为城市动物园丰容工作的有效开展和管理提供参考。

摘  要：
In the past decades,there has been increasing focus on animal welfare for captive animal populations. Enrichment has become important work in zoos. In recent years,many international enrichment methods and concepts have been introduced to China zoo managers,and this has stimulated increased enrichment work with technical support. But because of differences in management philosophy,China's zoos need more development in enrichment management and execution as compared to enrichment methods. This study summarized the animals enrichment management experience of Nanjing Hongshan Forest Zoo in recent years. I analyzed the zoo enrichment management and implementation strategy based on enrichment data base building,enrichment plan,enrichment materials,readjustment,and team management. My study objective was to provide a reference for effective implementation and management of urban zoo enrichment.
