摘  要:
排卵率和产仔数是绵羊的重要繁殖性状,对影响其结构和功能的基因进行研究是近年来的研究热点。繁殖性状的遗传力通常为低至中等,通过表型选择的准确性偏低;因此,包含与生殖能力有关的基因遗传信息可以有效地增强选择效应。本文介绍了影响不同绵羊品种繁殖力和遗传多样性的主要基因及其突变位点。在不同绵羊品种中发现了影响排卵率和产仔数等繁殖性状的主要突变位点。研究表明,一些等位基因在不同品种中表现出不同的表型效应;因此,对上位效应进行深入研究有助于了解绵羊繁殖性状的遗传机制。应用新型高通量芯片技术寻找新的变异体,对绵羊繁殖性状多基因控制机制的研究至关重要。GWAS和MBLUP是研究绵羊繁殖性能获得遗传进展的有效工具和方法。

摘  要:
Ovulation rate and litter size are an important characters of breeding sheep and are of high economic value. The research on genes affecting the structure and function is a focus on the behavior of sheep breeding in recent years. Heritability of reproductive traits is from low to moderate, so usually phenotypic selection accuracy is low. Therefore, genetic information related to the reproductive ability can effectively enhance the selection effect. The article reviews fecundity of different sheep breeds and major genetic diversities and mutations. It finds mainly mutations affecting ovulation rate and litter size in different sheep breeds. Research has shown that some alleles in different varieties show different phenotypic effects, so in-depth studies of epistasis effect can help to understand the genetic mechanism of sheep breeding characters. The application of new high-throughput chip technology for new variants on the behavior of the sheep breeding polygenic control mechanism is very important for the research in the future. GWAS and MBLUP method is effective tools and methods of genetic progress to study the sheep breeding performance.
