大豆膳食纤维分离提取的研究

摘  要:
传统大豆与现代大豆加工过程中的副产物—豆渣占原料量的30%以上。膳食纤维对提高人民健康水平是十分有益的。豆渣中含有丰富的—膳食纤维,开发利用豆渣已成为大豆深加工技术的重要组成部分。本文主要对大豆膳食纤维的分离提取进行初步研究。

摘  要:
In the course of traditional soybean processing and modern soybean processing,the byproducts (bean dregs) were more than 30 percent of raw material. The bean dregs contained diet fiber. Thus,To develop and utilize bean dregs had already been an important part of the new technology for soybean processing. Research on extraction of soybean fiber was described in the paper.
