摘  要：
本文立足中西方学者关于市民化的研究结论,从成本测算及意愿影响因素方面入手,梳理了成本支出、影响意愿因素以及农民工市民化的内在逻辑。在此基础上,探讨了农民工市民化改革中可能面临的体制障碍与挑战,最后从政府、个人与企业的成本分担机制方面对市民化改革的前景进行了展望。

摘  要：
Based on the research conclusions of Chinese and western scholars on citizenization, this paper combs the internal logic of cost expenditure, influencing factors and the citizenization of migrant workers from the aspects of cost calculation and willingness influencing factors. On this basis, this paper probes into the institutional obstacles and challenges that migrant workers may face in the reform of citizenization, and finally looks forward to the prospect of the reform from the aspects of the cost sharing mechanism of the government, individuals and enterprises.
