某车型不足转向度偏低原因分析及解决

摘 要:
某车型在目标设定阶段发现其不足转向度偏小,通过对前后悬架SDF参数和前后悬架等效侧偏刚度进行分析,初步确定不足转向度偏小是因为前悬架侧倾中心偏高引起的。为提高该车不足转向度,对影响侧倾中心高度较大的下摆臂外点和转向拉杆外点进行了优化,并就优化结果跟原始车型进行了对比,对比表明,优化后该车不足转向度得到了明显提高。从而提出,通过对下摆臂外点和转向拉杆外点进行调整,可使整车不足转向度得到明显改善。

摘 要:
Low understeer of a specific car was found at the target-setting phase. By analyzing the SDF parameters and equivalent cornering power of front and rear suspensions, it is preliminarily confirmed that low understeer is caused by high roll center of front suspensions. To improve this car's understeer, outboard points of low control arm and tie bar, which have significant impact on height of roll center, are optimized. Furthermore, the optimized results are compared with original car. The comparison indicates that this car's understeer is obviously improved after optimization. For this reason, it is concluded that a vehicle's understeer can be significantly enhanced by adjusting outboard points of low control arm and tie bar.
