地市级党校图书馆构建学科馆员制度的探讨

摘  要：
构建学科馆员制度是地市级党校图书馆服务创新的重要举措,对于推动教学水平,提升科研能力,强化学员素质,促进自身发展意义重大。当前地市级党校图书馆构建学科馆员制度面临着许多问题,主要表现在思想认识不到位、馆员素质能力有限、有关制度尚不完善、信息保障能力不足等方面。构建学科馆员制度应遵循因地制宜,循序渐进的原则。针对存在的问题,应采取如下对策:首先必须充分重视,形成共识;其次要不断强化信息保障;要注重人才培养,切实完善制度设计;最后在实践中应采取分级设岗的方式,强调团队协作。

摘  要：
Construction of the subject librarian system is an important measure of municipal Party school library service innovation.By this way,the level of teaching,the scientific research ability,the students' quality and the development of municipal party school library will all be promoted.At present,the Construction of the subject librarian system meets many problems,such as lack of necessary understanding,the quality and ability of the librarians are limited,the related system is not perfect,Information assurance ability is insufficient,and so on.Construction of the subject librarian system should not only follow the local conditions,but also obey the principle of gradual and orderly progress.According to the existing problems,relevant countermeasures should be taken: firstly,we must pay enough attention to form a consensus;Secondly,we must continue to strengthen the ability of Information assurance;We should also pay attention to talent cultivation,and improve the design of the system;Finally,we should take the way of grading posts in practice,and emphasize on teamwork.
