一种新型土壤消毒剂对防治温室黄瓜根结线虫的效果研究

摘  要:
根结线虫是一种高度专化型的杂食性植物病原线虫,它主要危害各种蔬菜的根部。文章研究了一种新型土壤消毒剂对温室黄瓜土壤不同土层根结线虫的杀灭效果,对生育期株高、发病情况和后期产量进行了统计分析。结果表明:在试验地块土层中危害黄瓜的根结线虫种类以小杆目线虫为主,主要集中分布在土层5~10 cm处。通过土壤消毒处理后,0~5 cm土层的根结线虫杀灭率为67.7%,5~10 cm土层为55.9%,10 cm以下土层为36.4%。黄瓜整个生育期发病率减少82.7%,收获期黄瓜根结线虫病根率明显降低91.1%。黄瓜产量为4 406.7 kg/0.067 hm2,平均增加26.5%。按市场均价2元/kg计算,每0.067 hm2收入可增加2 310.8元。

摘  要:
Root-knot nematode is a highly specialized type of omnivorous plant pathogenic nematodes, it mainly harm the roots of the vegetables. In this paper, we study a killing effect of a new soil disinfectant on greenhouse cucumber root-knot nematode in different soil depth and statistical analysis the occurrence status of the plant height, growth duration and production.The results showed that: In this experiment plot soil layer, the harm of cucumber root-knot nematode species with small rod nematodes is rhabditida,mainly concentrated in the soil at 5-10 cm. After the adoption of soil disinfection, 0-5cm soil root-knot nematodes kill rate was 67.7%, 5-10 cm soil was 55.9%, 10 cm soil layer was 36.4%. In the whole growth period, cucumber reduced the incidence of 82.7% and harvest period of root-knot nematode root cause a significant decrease in the rate of 91.1%. The yield of cucumber was 4406.7 kg(converted to yield), with an average increase of 26.5%.According to the market price of 2 yuan / kg, the income per mu can increase 2310.8 yuan.
