上笼应激对绍兴鸭血清生理生化指标、病理变化及抗氧化能力的影响

摘  要:
试验旨在研究上笼应激对绍兴鸭血清生理生化指标、病理变化和抗氧化能力的影响.将48只200日龄绍兴蛋鸭随机分为6组,即上笼第0天组、1天组、2天组、4天组、7天组、10天组.第0天组采用地面平养,其余各组采用单笼饲养.结果表明:上笼应激引起血清中白蛋白(ALB)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、尿素氮(BUN)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)含量不同程度的波动,但与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),而肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酐(CREA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性在上笼第7天组和上笼第10天组显著提高(P<0.05),谷丙转氨酶(ALT)含量则呈下降趋势,且与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05),其余指标均没有显著差异(P>0.05);组织病理学分析表明,上笼应激引起肾脏不同程度的组织损伤.结果表明上笼应激引起绍兴鸭心脏、肝脏、肾脏等器官不同程度的损伤并对机体抗氧化能力造成一定的影响.

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of cage stress on physiological and biochemical parameters, pathological change and antioxidant capacity of Shaoxing duck. Forty-eight 200-day-age Shaoxing ducks were randomly divided into 6 groups, including the 0 d group, the 1 d group, the 2 d group, the 4 d group, the 7 d group and the 10 d group. The 0 d group was raised on the ground, and the other groups were raised in single cages. The results showed that the levels of albumin(ALB), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), blood urean nitrogen(BUN) and catalase(CAT) caused fluctuations after cage stress, but the difference was not significant compared with The control group(P>0.05), while the activity of creatine kinase(CK), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), creatinine(CREA), superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) were significantly increased on the 7 th and 10 th day(P<0.05), and the alanine aminotransferase(ALT) content was decreased, which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference among the other indicators(P>0.05).At the same time, histopathological analysis showed that the cage stress caused different degrees of tissue damage in the kidney. The results showed that the cage stress caused the damage of heart, liver and kidney of Shaoxing duck and had certain effects on the body′s antioxidant capacity.
