液力变矩器导轮叶片曲面构造及其外特性仿真

摘 要:
为实现液力变矩器导轮叶片曲面的高精度构造,提出了一种精度可以调节的叶片曲面拟合算法。应用三坐标测量机获得叶片表面的数据,应用插值型二阶混合有理Bézier曲面拟合其表面。根据叶片的前后表面和侧面间拼接时具有共同边界和在边界上一阶导数连续等边界条件,实现两曲面的光滑连接。采用混合平面理论对由该算法构造的导轮装配的液力变矩器进行外特性仿真。结果表明,该叶片曲面构造算法可以通过调节权因子实现拟合精度的调节,从而可以调节液力变矩器外特性与理论值趋同,可以作为液力变矩器导轮叶片设计的新方法。

摘 要:
In order to construct the curved surface of impeller vane of hydrodynamic torque converter with high accuracy, a kind of adjustable fitness arithmetic was put forward to control the precision of vane surface. Interpolation blend rational Bézier surface with second order was adopted to fit the vane according to the data gained by 3D measuring machine. Slick merge arithmetic between front or back surface and flank surface was deduced on the basis of boundary conditions including the surface shared the same boundary where the first derivative was continuous. The external characteristic of hydrodynamic torque converter assembled this impeller was simulated according to the blend planar theory. The result showed that the fitness arithmetic could modify the accuracy of impeller vane, therefore the external characteristic might adjust to be coincided with the theoretical value, and this is a new approach of impeller design.
