向日葵列当寄生严重度与土壤养分之间的关系

摘  要:
向日葵列当是寄生于向日葵根部的全寄生杂草,为了探讨向日葵列当寄生与土壤养分之间的关系,以向日葵的生育时期和向日葵列当寄生严重度为取样依据,采集向日葵根际土壤,测定向日葵列当不同寄生严重度下土壤的各种养分含量。结果表明:向日葵列当寄生严重度表现为不寄生、轻度寄生和重度寄生时,土壤有机质平均含量分别为1.46、2.70、3.60 g/kg,土壤有机质对向日葵列当的发生具有显著促进作用;向日葵列当不寄生、轻度寄生、重度寄生时,土壤速效氮平均含量分别为30.49、35.01、40.44 mg/kg,土壤速效氮能够促进向日葵列当的发生;硝态氮对向日葵列当的发生也具有一定的促进作用,但效果不显著;土壤速效磷显著抑制向日葵列当的发生,向日葵列当寄生严重度表现为不寄生、轻度寄生和重度寄生时,土壤速效磷平均含量分别为15.55、12.74、8.74 mg/kg。土壤有机质、速效氮和速效磷等养分对向日葵列当寄生严重度的影响不存在绝对的含量阈值。

摘  要:
Sunflower broomrape is one kind of holoparasitic weeds which parasite on the roots of sunflower.Collection of sunflower root soil was based on growth period of sunflower and parasitic severity of sunflower broomrape,and the relation between the parasitic severity of sunflower broomrape and soil nutrient was determined. When the parasitic severities of sunflower broomrape were no parasitism,mild parasitism and severe parasitism,the average contents of soil organic matter were 1. 46 g/kg,2. 70 g/kg,3. 60 g/kg,indicating that the soil organic matter could significantly promote the parasitism of sunflower broomrape.When the parasitic severities of sunflower broomrape were no parasitism,mild parasitism and severe parasitism,the average contents of soil available nitrogen were 30. 49 mg/kg,35. 01 mg/kg and 40. 44 mg/kg,indicating that the soil available nitrogen could promote the parasitism of sunflower broomrape. The soil nitrate nitrogen also displayed a certain promoting action for the parasitism of sunflower broomrape,but the promoting action was not significant. When the parasitic severities of sunflower broomrape were no parasitism,mild parasitism and severe parasitism,the average contents of soil available phosphorus were15. 55 mg/kg,12. 74 mg/kg,8. 74 mg/kg,indicating that the parasitism of sunflower broomrape was significantly inhibited by soil available phosphorus. For the effect on the parasitism of sunflower broomrape,there was no absolute content threshold of soil organic matter,available nitrogen and available phosphorus.
